What is the experience level of the instructors at SparkEd Academy?

The instructors at SparkEd Academy have worked with thousands of students in the past, covering a wide array of subjects. They are experts in their subjects, often having their Master's degrees or PhD.

Will I be able to track my student's progress?

Detailed logs are kept for each of SparkEd Academy's students in which instructors record the concepts covered in each session, insights regarding the student's progress, and scores achieved in school or on practice tests. You can alway schedule an appointment with a counselor as well if you would like more information on your student's progress.

Which standardized tests are taught by your instructors?

We offer prep for many different tests, including, but not limited to, the following:

Are there any discounts to your rates?

We offer discounted rates dependent upon the number of hours purchased for tutoring. We also offer financial aid to families that qualify, based upon availability. We also have a referral program through which students can earn credit towards tutoring sessions or classes.

Are you familiar with the changes brought by the Common Core?

Yes, our instructors have experience with the implementation of Common Core and are prepared to guide students and parents through these difficult changes.

Where do instructors meet with students?

Instructors typically meet with students in our office at 11622 El Camino Real, Suite 100, San Diego, CA 92130. Our office is conveniently located in the Carmel Valley/Del Mar/Torrey Hills area, just southeast of the intersection of the 5 and 56 freeways. Arrangements can be made for instructors to meet at other locations as well, depending on availability.
